This is sad. One day in the distant future, when people no longer eat animals, they will think that you are a horrible, murderous, evil, demonic person that subjected millions of helpless animals to a most cruel fate. Do you feel like that now? In the future, the libtards of the time will hold this opinion of you in exactly the same way they hold it today of Robert E. Lee. There's a logical fallacy whereby you judge a past time in history with the values and morals of today. Young people and dumb older people do this way more than they realize...

This is about the electoral college NOT the number of parties so obviously, you already do not understand the TOPIC so maybe, at least as it applies to you, you have answered your own question as to the capabilities of the American population and multiple parties. BTW, if one bothers to READ and OBSERVE the results of multiple parties on nations, you will find a pile of increasing manipulation, dirty dealing, evil compromises and loyalties, all of which are INCREASED INCREDIBLY the more parties you include. OBVIOUSLY, you have never lived amidst the chaos of elections in Germany and France. (Yes, I HAVE!) Perhaps you should spend more time telling Democrats to stop name calling and rioting and screaming hateful epithets and LEFT WING PRESS generated LIES!

Let me get this straight... The military industrial complex and regulators across various industries are more concerned about having profitable conflict and developing ever flashier toys than supporting an economic structure, educational theme, and mental health that allows people to follow their dreams and reach their true potential instead of the country surviving a scourge of narco armies, overseas conflict, deteriorating infrastructure, and ecological disaster? Jeesh. I wonder if that's constitutional.

The issue has NEVER been legally decided. It was only stopped through violence. Violence predominantly caused by the Union. IF states had been told they could never leave the union, the Constitution would never have been ratified. It was assumed they could leave if they so chose.

Madison is know as the Father of the Constitution because he wrote Article 1 to add a Republican Form of Government, a Confederated (compound) Republic, to address the disparity which existed between the States in their population and wealth, by normalizing the States based upon a common factor, the proportion of the aggregate population which resides within each State, which was how they could truly join the States as equals, they are assembled equally in a popular branch, and they are assembled as equals in an equal branch for concurrence, forming a More Perfect Union. You people don’t know anything about the Constitution of the United States, in fact Constitutional Law relates to the amendments not the articles of the constitution. You law professors and students never study the articles. The requirement for amending the Articles of Confederation was that 9 of 13 States with at least 2 delegates were necessary to assemble in a congress to form a quorum just to discuss and agree on the amendments, and then all the State legislatures had to ratify those amendments before those amendments were adopted. Which makes Article 7 of the Constitution of the United States assumed something that was not accurate, that the Constitution would be in force when 9 States ratified the Constitution , which is actually false, which was the reason they wrote the Federalist Papers, because they couldn’t afford a State like New York not to ratify the Constitution, because even if one State did not ratify the constitution, they would have had to continue with the Articles of Confederation. This forms the objections of the antifederalist, that there was no reason not to make incremental changes, evaluate those changes, and continue to make changes until we had the governing system that provided the protections and equal participation they were seeking. The other was they did not want to consolidate the government to form a nationalized government that erased the role of the States and created a centralized national government, but if you understand how a Confederated Republic works, a confederation of republics, the democratic branch of the legislature has the power of concurrence, which prevents a nationalized governing system and balances the power of the large and small states!

A well regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed. Who is the militia? What makes the militia less than well regulated? Why is this important?

Accusing Lee of trying to destroy the United States is outrageous and stupid. The United States would not have been destroyed if the Confederacy's secession had succeeded any more than England was destroyed when the United States seceded. I strongly disapprove of the role slavery played in the South's secession and in the design of the Confederate constitution. But I also very strongly disapprove of Lincoln's decision to transform the fundamental nature of the United States from a consensual union for the common good of all of the states into a tyrannical union where a national majority can abuse federal power in whatever ways the federal governmental process lets them get away with and use military force to prevent states from seceding if they decide that the abuses of power make continued membership in the United States contrary to their interests.

It’s is not a clear cut moralism. It’s not only Marcus Aurelius but Diogenes and Dionysus. Not only reason but liberation, order but revolution.

If the guy hosting this came in with shorts , people will laugh at him, but this female is comming in with a skirt where if she opens her legs her underwere will show, which is much wors than comming in with short, beside; her legs is of form of sexualizing heself and that is a clear gauge of her distorted judgement just on how she displays herself publically; knowing that the audeance are from different religions and different conservative bacgrounds. It should be illigale to appoint females as judges; they can't even make proper dicisions for themselves and the only reason she has been appointed is because of gigantic institution subsidising their edication and pumping money to facilitate meeting the quota of female in the workforce, otherwise; she and the like of her would have never been able to reasch this

Clinically they are not fit and it is a crime against humanity to employ them in such a critical part of siciety

You missed the mark on the 2A a little bit. It was always an individual right and the Heller decision didn’t say that individuals can keep a handgun for self defense, it said The People have the right to have a handgun for lawful purposes, such as, self defense. It’s kind of a huge difference.

No Treason Constitution of No Authority by Lysander Spooner. It is my sincere belief that any organization claiming to be an organization that promotes an honest study of the Constitution should include this book into their curriculum. I do not know at the time of this writing whether this is a part of your curriculum or not, but I know it should be. Or if it is not now and never becomes a part of your curriculum. Then both I and possibly future historians will come to The Logical conclusion that your organization is nothing more than a small tentacle of a much bigger propaganda machine which promotes and maintains. The Religion of Government. As for the Constitution I would like humbly to add this one further comment. The fact that the NRA the National Rifle Association changed its View to a more radical View of the second amendment in the year 1970. If you listen to the recent video on RUclips concerning the latest Omnibus gun control act worked on, they bring up every mass shooting event that ever occurred in history. Except for ONE "mass shooting" got no mention. What is this "mass shooting" that the government doesn't even want to talk about. What is this event that in 1970 rocked the boat of the National Rifle Association, and caused every second amendment organization to literally "freak out" in the year 1970. On May 4th 1970 members of the Ohio National Guard fired into a crowd of Kent State University demonstrators killing four, and wounding nine Kent State students. The impact of the shooting was dramatic. The event triggered a national wide student strike, that forced hundreds of colleges and universities to close. I find it sadly ironic that the demonstrators were demonstrating their displeasure over the war in Vietnam in general and the bombing in Cambodia in particular, carried out by President Nixon. War is a "mass shooting" on a major scale ! . As for the Second Amendment as currently written, I have some serious issues with it. It is poorly written, it is so poorly written and confusing that it must be reinterpreted by the Supreme Court. It does not explicitly say anything about self-defense. This has inspired me to write my new and improved version of the Second Amendment. I have named my new version. Second Amendment 2.1 In order to maintain the blessings of liberty and freedom throughout the land. The pre-existing natural right of the individual to self-defense, shall always be upheld and protected. The right to manufacture, keep and bear arms ammunition, and parts and accessories for arms, will not be infringed or impeded. By any law or mandate, by either the states, or the federal government. A free market being necessary for a free people. The right to manufacture arms for sale, including, ammunition and accessories, for arms, will not be infringed or impeded. By any law or mandate. By the federal government, or the state's governments. This includes both carrying for an individual, or carrying for a company, for trade or sale in another state. Or any city or town, within a state. For any other moral reason. Uninfringed or impeded by law or mandate. And there you have it my new and improved version of the Second Amendment 2.1 and for further Clarity, let me explain the term "pre-existing natural right of self-defense". The Second Amendment to the Constitution was adopted December 15th 1791. The concept of self-defense was created and adopted after the Norman conquest of England in 1066. Coming back up through time back to 1970 and the mass shooting event at Kent State University there was a famous rock and roll band called Crosby Stills Nash & Young they made a song called "Ohio". Previous to their song was the song written and produced,1964, by a young Native Canadian singer-songwriter, Buffy Sainte-Marie, The universal Soldier. I consider her song. The Best anti-war Song Ever written by a human being on this planet. It is my most sincere hope that my version of the Second Amendment 2.1 will one day be recognized as being the best Second Amendment ever re-written, and adopted into law. Also I highly recommend the following books, Atlas Shrugged by Ayn Rand, Adventures in Legal Land, by Marc Stevens. Government Indicted, by Mark Stevens, Freedom from Government by Trent Goodbaudy, And Natural Law, by Lysander Spooner. :-)
